Single file: use compatible timestamps, otherwise align starts. Adjust the offset if needed.
Multiple files or a folder: automatically find activities matching the video time. One match is linked; several require a choice. No match produces a warning.
Positive offset moves activity data later in the video.
Export
Export uses your browser’s codecs and preserves AAC audio. “Export to device” writes directly to a file where supported; otherwise it downloads the finished video (up to 256 MB).
